Abelgayle L. Parker, 26, of Montour Falls, NY passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 14, 2023.

Abelgayle was born in Corning Hospital on August 4, 1997 to Cynthia J. Parker and Michael E. Brown. Abelgayle was a lifelong resident of Montour Falls. She graduated from Odessa-Montour Central School with Class of 2016 and also attended the Finger Lakes School of Massage, graduating in 2017. Abby was currently employed by Walmart in Watkins Glen where she was a sales associate for the past 6 years. Abby had a lifelong love for art, her cats, social media, her family and friends.

Abby was predeceased by her loving grandparents, Francis and Jean Parker of Montour Falls; her father, Michael E. Brown of Burdett; and her aunt, Sheryl Mills of Virginia.

Abelgayle is survived by her mother, Cynthia Parker; aunt, Melissa (Steven) Zoeke; uncles, Christopher Parker (Ronald); aunt, Peggy States; sisters and brother Harley, Carrie and Aaron Brown; and step mother, Gina Brown.

Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY. Her memorial service will begin at 5:00 pm. A reception will follow at the Montour Falls United Methodist Church.
