Arthur H. Allen, age 83, of Horseheads, NY, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Elcor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Arthur was born on April 3, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Raymond and Virginia (Emery) Allen.

He is predeceased by his loving wife, Geraldine Allen (2009); daughters, Andrea Allen (1988) and Lauren Bullis (2006); and brother, Jeffrey Allen. He is survived by his children, Beth Ann Allen of Elmira Heights, NY and Kenneth Allen of Montour Falls, NY; a grandson, Andrew Bullis of Elmira, NY; along with his sister, Carole Pritchett.

Arthur graduated from Brooklyn Tech High School. He went on to work in maintenance positions and as a contracted electrician for many years. He also enjoyed working on cars, along with fixing TVs and other small appliances in his spare time.

There will be no services at this time. Arthur will be laid to rest in Montour Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
