Barbara Ann (Watkins) Rugur, 72, of Montour Falls, entered unto rest on June 24, 2014 at Schuyler Hospital. She was born in Towanda, PA on September 29, 1941, the daughter of the late Carl and Edna (Mincer) Watkins. Barbara worked as a housekeeper at nursing homes in NJ and at Newton Memorial Hospital in New Jersey. She enjoyed playing darts and dart tournaments. She also loved NASCAR, cats, and fishing. She is survived by her children, Kathy Jo Searfoss of Beaver Dams, Mark (Lisa) Searfoss of Corning, and Brett (Melissa) Searfoss of Beaver Dams; sister, Martha Reeves of NC; brothers, Sonny (Jean) Watkins of PA, and John Watkins of TX; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; aunt and uncle, Tom and Blanche Collins of Millport; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lori Fisk, and a sister, Theresa Jones. A Private family burial will be held at Millport Cemetery.
