Betty Louise Howard, age 92, of Odessa, NY, went home to be with the Lord on January 20, 2023. She was born to Fred and Louise (Raab) Howard on November 27, 1930 in Elmira Heights, NY. Betty enjoyed camping, square dancing, country music, crocheting, watching birds at her feeders, and most of all, spending time with her family. She is survived by her children: Thomas (Judy) Doan, Larry (Donna) Doan, Louise (Steven) Vedder, Cathy (Jim) Hall, Roxie (Barry Wixson) Doan, Bobby (Lynn) Personius, and Randy (Laurie Nusbaum) Personius; step-children: Norman, Ronald, Dennis, Michelle, Daniel, Jeffrey and Gregory Personius; grandchildren: Lisa, Billie Sue, Toma, Mickie, Donny, Jeremy, Gregory, Kristopher, Mathew, Jackie, Benjamin, Daniel, Randi Michelle, Ashley and Adrionna; 32 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; sister Marion ; brothers Fredrick and Paul; several nieces and nephews, and her cat Stella. Betty was predeceased by her parents, infant sister Jeanette, sister Pauline, husbands Herbert Doan and Norman Personius, and her dog of 17 years, Chico. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the American Legion, St. Rt. 228, Odessa, NY.
