Betty Jean Youngs

Betty Jean Youngs, 79, of Montour Falls, NY, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026. She was the daughter of Alfred and Irene (Matthews) Houghton.

She is survived by two sons, Steven (Sandy) Hodge and Michael Hodge of Elmira; daughter, Tina Hodge; siblings, Paul Houghton, Debbie Houghton, Helen Rorick, and Janet; granddaughter, Tiffany Padgett Sugars; and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and brothers, Alfred Houghton, Jr. and Malcolm Houghton.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately by the family.
