Charles "Skip" Starkweather, Jr., age 59, of Beaver Dams, NY passed away Wednesday, December 15th, 2021 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. Skip was born in Montour Falls, NY on September 10th, 1962, the son of the late Geraldine and Charles Starkweather, Sr. He attended Watkins Glen High School and enjoyed NASCAR, WWE & Bicycles. Skip is survived by his sisters, Val Starkweather of Watkins Glen and Kelly (Don) Duvall of Beaver Dams; girlfriend "Emilie"; three nieces and nephews; as well as, several cousins. He was predeceased by his mother, Geraldine in 1983; father, Charles Sr. in 2000; sister, Rayne in 1972; paternal grandparents, Cecil and Bertha Starkweather of Montour Falls; and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Winifred Blanchard of Burdett. A celebration of Skip's life will be held at the convenience of the family.
