Wellman, Emily Landmesser, age 75 passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Schuyler Hospital, Montour Falls, NY. Emily was born on June 13, 1936 the daughter of the late Jacob & Gertrude Landmesser. She is survived by her Husband, Loren Wellman of Montour Falls, NY. Children: Richard Black of Sayre, PA., Dorothy Kaliati of Kalamazoo, MI., Terri Adams, Elmira, NY, Allen Black of Elmira Heights, NY, William Black of Elmira, NY and Janet Smith of Elmira, NY. Special Granddaughter, Emily Black along with 15 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. Sisters: Dorothy Kennedy of Beaver Dams, NY, Clara Wheaton of Montour Falls, NY, and Jean White of Florida. Brothers: Henry Landmesser of Laurens, SC., Jake Landmesser of Horseheads, NY and Howard Landmesser of Wellsburg, NY. Special Aunt, Jean Landmesser of Horseheads, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, Montour Falls, NY on Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Her funeral service will be held following visitation at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.
