Dorothy I. Campbell, 90, of Dundee, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls. She was born in Wellsboro, PA on March 2, 1926, the daughter of the late Charles and Marguerite (Jacoby) Root. She operated Dot's Beauty Shop in Dundee for many years. She was predeceased by her son, James Stanton; and her siblings, Susan Lathop, Laura Tucker, Marian Knaus, Floyd Root, Edward Root, Wayne Herrington, Leroy Root, and Frederick Love. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Brown of Missouri; three granddaughters, three grandsons; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was buried in Fairview Cemetery in Middlebury Center, PA.
