Elizabeth "Belle" Isbell, 87 of Montour Falls ,NY went to be with The Lord March 29,2020.Widowed wife of Lloyd Isbell, mother of three children, Portia D. Foley, Janet K. Gill and Robert R. Gill all of Beaver Dams ,NY. She had two grandchildren, Christopher Evans of Powhatan Point, Ohio and Amber Gill-Eldridge of Beaver Dams, along with one great grandson, Koss Robert Eldridge also of Beaver Dams. She is one of six children born to Harry and Goldie Hoke. Born in Greensburg, PA. on September 1, 1932, she worked at Corning Hospital as a switchboard operator for several years in the '60's. Belle loved to cook, bake, garden, dance, travel, entertain and to make you laugh. She, along with her late husband Lloyd snow-birded at the Quail Roost RV park in Crystal River, FL, where she was a member of the dance club and partook in the entertainment committee. She was very much in her "element" entertaining friends and family visiting them in the Florida sunshine! Her lust for life was an inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to know her during her celebration of life! We love you and will miss you MOM!
