Ellen L. Pangallo, 75, of New Port Richie, Florida, formerly of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 20th, 2025. Ellen was born on January 18, 1950, to the late Donald and Marjorie (Chapman) Davies. She grew up in Big Flats, NY, moving to Watkins Glen when she married in 1970. Ellen was predeceased by her husband Frank in 1996.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Karen) Pangallo of Watkins Glen; grandchildren, Parker and Peiyton; brother, Robert Davies; sister-in-law, Josanne (Ernie) Drake; and many extended family members, and friends.

Ellen loved her fur babies and had many through the years, most recently Piper and Harley, they filled her days and gave her much joy. Ellen loved to shop, spend time with friends, and to decorate for every holiday-- and she did so in a big way. She shared her excitement with her neighbors, friends, and family and could be counted on to share photos and always wish everyone a happy day on Facebook.

Ellen will be laid to rest next to her husband Frank in Holy Cross Cemetery in Watkins Glen,
