Frances R. "Dolly" Bulkley, age 97, of Odessa, New York passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility, Montour Falls, New York. In keeping with Frances' wishes, there will be no calling hours, and burial will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Frances was born on October 4, 1917 in Needham, Massachusetts, the daughter of Edward and Marcia Robinson. She worked at Cotton-Hanlon as a sales representative. Frances was predeceased by her husband, Allen H. Bulkley, Jr.; her parents, her brother Fred and her sister Phyllis Coddington, all of Massachsetts; and daughter-in-law Margaret "Connie" (Cole) Bulkley. She is survived by her son, Allen H. Bulkley III of Odessa; her daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Kurt Bischoff of Odessa; a sister-in-law, Margaret "Maggie" (Bulkley) Fager; her brother-in-law John and wife Marlene Bulkley of Weeki Wachi, Florida; grandchildren Kay and Arnie Hughes of Odessa, Allen IV and Beth Bulkley of Romulus, New York, Bradley and Theresa Clark of Odessa, Brian and Stephanie Clark of Hillsborough, North Carolina, Jennifer (Bischoff) Stanbro of Campbell, New York, and Kurt Jr. and Gina Bischoff of Bloomington, Illinois; great grandchildren Sarah, Alison, Madison, David, Matthew and wife Kassie, Tyler, Gillian, Hannah, Bryce, Brett, Cameron, Katie, Brennan, Aiden, Hunter, and Marissa; and great great grandson Cameron.
