Francine White, 79, of Mecklenburg, NY, died Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Beechtree Care Center. Born in Luxembourg, the daughter of the late Elsie (2014) and Francis Puhalka (1991).

Survivors include husband, Lealon White of Mecklenburg, NY; daughter, Rhonda Weigand of Freeville, NY; brothers, Jeffrey (Hazel) Puhalka of Spencer, NY and Julian (MaryAnn) Puhalka of Sparta, TN; grandchildren, Brandon Weigand of Colorado Springs, CO and Astrieeian Weigand of Freeville, NY.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by daughter, Virginia Laura Dobson and a granddaughter, Laura Lee Weigand.

There will be no calling hours.  Burial will private at a later date.
