Gail Marie Hughey Gail Marie Hughey passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a wonderful wife, devoted mother, and best friend to all that knew her. She is survived by her husband Wally, mother Marlene Lum, father Gerry (Audrey) Lum, children Amy and Joey Willis, brother Brud (Karen) Lum, stepchildren Jessica, Caitlin and Michael (Tricia) Hughey, father in law Lynn Hughey, sisters and brothers in laws Judy & Paul Ginther, Dale & Denise Hughey and Diane & Bill Woods, 9 nieces and nephews and a number of other relatives and close friends. Gail worked for Schuyler County for 24 years as a typist, data entry machine operator, personal secretary, deputy clerk of the legislature, clerk of the legislature (county auditor) and human resource director.
