Garry D. Brown, M.D., age 62, passed away at Wesley Hospital, Wichita, KS on March 23, 2012 after a short illness. Garry was born May 12, 1949 at Schuyler Hospital, Montour Falls, NY to parents George and Lillian Brown (Lillian predeceased Garry in 1990). Garry is survived by his father, George A. Brown, Watkins Glen, NY, brother, Collins G. Brown (Sandra), Elmira, NY, and niece, Stacy B. Husted (Joel), Montour Falls, NY. Garry graduated from Odessa-Montour Central School in 1967 going on to receive his B.S. Degree from Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY in 1971 and Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1975, becoming a doctor with a special interest in pathology. Memorial services are planned for later in the spring. Burial will take place in the Montour Falls Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of the Vedder and Scott, Inc.
