Harold H. Reeve, Sr., 90, of Cayuta, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at home. He was born in Port Jefferson, NY on May 7, 1929 the son of the late Merritt and Frieda (Simmons) Reeve. As a young man, he served with the US Army. Harold owned and operated H & M Sunoco in Danbury, CT at one time and also worked at Kanthel Wiring in Bethel, CT. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, racing, singing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his children, Harold Reeve, Jr., Mary Ann Water, Sandy Water, Karen (Bob) Moore and Debbie (Bob) Tooker; 17 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his former wife, Marion Reeve and by a son, Sid Water. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 1-2 pm at Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. His funeral service will follow at 2 pm.
