Helen J. Nelson Helen J. Nelson, age 43, of Montour Falls, NY passed away on July 29, 2013. Helen was born February 23, 1970 to Donald and Betty Loui. She is survived by her husband Arthur Nelson, daughter Faith Nelson and grandchildren Michael Abbey and Alexander McKie. Family and friends are invited to call at the Odessa Wesleyan Church on Friday, August 2nd from 11 to 12 PM with a funeral service to follow.
