Howard C. Ennis Howard C. Ennis, age 58, of Elmira, NY, passed away unexpectantly on July 4, 2013. Howard was born March 13, 1955. He is survived by three sisters, two brothers and three children - Gloria Mason, Brian Schabacher and Meaghan Riesman.
