Jack K. Smith, 75, of Millport, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at home. He was born in Montour Falls on February 23, 1940, the son of the late Roy and Ruth Smith. He is survived by his wife, Flavia C. Smith; daughters, Beatrice Chaidez, Silvia (Patrick) Brucie, Teresa Smith; son Jack K. Smith, Jr.; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
