Jan T. Kruger, 62, of Odessa, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at home. He was born in Montour Falls, NY on February 27, 1959 the son of the late Frank and Marilyn (Carle) Kruger and graduated from Odessa-Montour High School. Jan worked as a truck tire technician at Parmenter Tire, Auto and Truck Service in Odessa for many years. He later worked at Odessa-Montour Central School. Jan was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed watching the birds, and in his earlier years enjoyed camping with his family. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Carol Kruger; two daughters, Liz (Rich) Perrone of TN and Mandy (Anthony) DeGraw of Montour Falls; brother, Keith (Diana) Kruger of Hector, five grandchildren, Nina, Mara, Chandler, Gavin and Deegan; four step grandchildren; a great granddaughter; and nephews, Jeffrey and Travis. Services will be held privately by the family. Burial will be in Montour Cemetery.
