Carlson, John Age 80, Montour Falls, NY, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2012. John is survived by his wife, Patricia and his children John B. Carlson, Tim (Betsi) Carlson, David (Peggy) Carlson, all of Montour Falls, NY and Doug Carlson, Alpine, NY. His sisters Helen Wood, Elmira, NY, Lois Notarfonzo, Betty Carlson, both of Watkins Glen, NY, brother-in-law Charles Adams and several nieces and nephews, also survive him. His parents John and Minnie Carlson and sister Mildred Knapp predeceased John. John worked for Montour Rendering Works for 40 years. He loved to fish and his cats and dogs were a big part of his life; they brought him lots of joy. As per John's wishes there will be no prior calling hours or funeral.
