Joyce E. Rosier, 75, of Odessa, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls. She was born in Elmira on November 19, 1938 and graduated from Southside High School. Joyce retired from Thomas & Betts in Horseheads and was a member of the Montour Falls Moose Lodge #426. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Rosier and brother William Buckholtz. She is survived by her three stepchildren, Bruce Rosier, Lorraine (Phil) Gardner, and Philip Rosier; a brother, Jack Buckholtz; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and by her beloved cat Ruben. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday from 12-1 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. Her funeral service will follow at 1 pm.
