Judith Ann (Decker) Croft, 71, of Odessa, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Montour Falls on February 22, 1946, the daughter of William and Doris Field and graduated from Watkins Glen High School in 1964. Judy married Richard L. Croft on November 4, 1967 in Watkins Glen. Judy retired from the Schuyler County Office of the Aging. She enjoyed many trips to Disney World, playing cards, gambling, and spending time with her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Doris Field, brother, Robert Decker, and sister, Gale Burgess. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Richard Croft; sons, Brian (Mary Ellen, and her daughter Shannon and family) Croft of Watkins Glen, and Michael (Sonja) Croft of Montour Falls; brothers, David (Lois) Decker and Charles (Vicky) Decker; sister-in-law Rita Decker; three grandchildren, Drake, Leeah and Connor; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 2-5 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. A celebration of Judy's life will follow at the Mechanics Club, 237 W. Main St., Montour Falls. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Care First or the American Cancer Society.
