June Elizabeth Howell, 75, of Montour Falls, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. She was born in Corning, NY on June 3, 1946, the daughter of the late Ralph and Fern Coy. June worked as a cleaner for many years at the laundry mats in Montour Falls and Watkins Glen. She was predeceased by her husband, Delroy Howell, and by her brothers, Ronald Coy and Ralph Coy, Jr. She is survived by her sister, Dolores Breon of Beaver Dams; niece, Debborah (Tom) Manning of Beaver Dams, Melissa (John) Carpenter of Virginia and Rebecca Breon of Elmira; great nieces, Alexis Carpenter and Gabriella Carpenter both of Virginia. June's memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Montour Falls United Methodist Church, 128 Owego St., Montour Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Montour Falls United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 309, Montour Falls, NY 14865.
