June E. Scott, age 98, of Horseheads, NY passed away at home on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022. June was born at home in Elmira Heights on September 1, 1923, the daughter of the late, William F. Lusk and Anna P. Knott. She enjoyed playing bingo and was a bingo caller in Florida for over 20 years. June is survived by her son, Lawrence (Carol) Scofield of Odessa, NY; daughters, Darlene (David) Shearns and Sandra Howland; step daughter, Christina (Monty) Corum; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and many wonderful nieces and nephews; her beloved dog "Banjo"; and her church family at New Hope Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Robert; beloved step father, Charles S. Knott; sister, Frances Rice, Virginia Sealey and Vivian Comfort; brother, Glenn Knott; and husband, Lloyd W. Scott. Per June's wishes, there will be no services.
