Kendall L. Welch
Kendall L. Welch, 66, of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away on March 10, 2026. He was born in Gaylord, Michigan on November 14, 1959, the son of the late Robert and Marge (Williams) Welch. He was predeceased by his wife, Michelle Welch; and siblings, Roberta, Duane and Donnie. He is survived by his brother, Tracy (Angela) Welch; and by several nieces and nephews. There will be no services.
