Libby M. Church, 67, formerly of Montour Falls, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Taylor Health Center in Bath. She was born in Montour Falls on April 12, 1947, the daughter of the late Frank and Viola Peppard Church. She was predeceased by two brothers, Richard and Bob Church. Libby is survived by a brother, William (Barb) Church of Odessa; sister, Betty Apfel of Tacoma, WA; sister-in-law, Esther Church of Owego; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 10:00 am at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. Burial will be in Montour Cemetery.
