Linda L. Button, 54, of Beaver Dams, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Guthrie Corning Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Corning on August 27, 1960, the daughter of John B. Glick, Jr. and Betty (Linderman) Glick. She graduated from Bradford Central School and was employed by Chicago Title in Bath, NY. Linda is survived by her husband, Steven Button; her mother Betty Glick of Beaver Dams; children, Nathan Buck of Tuscarora, NY, Jacob (Keisha) Buck, of Caton, NY; step-son, Adam (Courtney) Button; grandchildren, Gage, Xander, Becka, Meaghan, Asher and Morgan; two brothers, John (Mary) of Beaver Dams, Jim (Alice) of Livingston, TX; sisters, Beth (Doug) of Westbrookville, NY, and Mary (Greg) of Watkins Glen; and several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her father John B. Glick, Jr. in 2003. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 12:30 pm at Maltby Cemetery in Monterey. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
