Marie Pound Settino, 75, of Woodbridge, VA, and formerly of Odessa, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014. She was born in Odessa on July 3, 1938, the daughter of the late Harold and Beatrice Pound, and attended Odessa-Montour High School. She lived in New London, CT for many years. Marie was previously married to John Taggert and was the widow of Clayton Settino. She is survived by her children, Judy (Elwood) Taggert Boyce of Nokesville, VA, David (Kim) Taggert of Atlanta, GA, Lynn Taggert Boyd of Virginia Beach, and Robin (Paul) Barry of Old Lyme, CT; sisters, Elsie Cole, Margaret Bauman, Irene Rice, and Martha Hunter; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery of Hector. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 1-2 pm Saturday at the funeral home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls.
