Mark E. Hills, 60, of Watkins Glen, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 7, 2019 at home. He was born in Troy, PA on December 2, 1958, the son of the late Thomas J. and Janice L. (Wixson) Hills. Mark graduated from Watkins Glen High School and later served with the US Army from 1977-1979. He was an entrepreneur and contractor. He loved music and was a racing enthusiast. Mark is survived by his children, Debra Hills (Stephen Beckwith) of San Diego, CA, Brandon (Michelle) Hills of Watkins Glen, and Stacey (Joseph) Weber of San Diego, CA; siblings, Donna Beardsley of Watkins Glen, Timothy Hills of Dunedin, FL, and Janet Mathews of Horseheads; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Vedder and Scott Funeral Home in Montour Falls.
