Mattie L. Burch, 80, of Elmira, NY passed away Friday, September 14. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 37 years, LeRoy, and is survived by her three children, William of Boise, ID, Susan Blaha of Odessa, NY and Joanne Wagner of West Palm Beach, FL.
