Michael L. Post, of Burdett, NY, passed away on August 28, 2017 with his family by his side. Michael was born to Evelyn Elaine Watson and Robert Alan Post of Middletown, NY, on March 31, 1943. Michael was predeceased by his sisters, Sharon and Christine, and brother, Robert. Michael is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sharon Post; sons, Stephen (Tammy) Post of Burdett, David (Wendy) Post of Kenmore, NY, and daughter, Michelle (James) Meckley of Watkins Glen. He also leaves behind grandkids, Chandra Post, Stephen (Tricia) Post, Jr., Bryan Post, Christopher Jacot, Hannah Post, Lucas Post, Liam Post, and Alicia (Tomasz) Kuczynski; as well as 10 great grandkids. One of Michael's enjoyments in life was to watch his grandsons race motorcycles for the last 8 years. At Michael's request, there will be no services. However, friends and family may stop by on Saturday, September 2, 2017 from 2-5 pm at Michael & Sharon's home, 4203 Mathews Rd., Burdett, NY, for a gathering in his memory.
