Nancy J. Kelce, 56, of Montour Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. She was born in Montour Falls on November 11, 1964. She was predeceased by her mother and stepfather, Jane and Herbert Copp, brother, Gordon "Buddy" Kelce, sister, Kathy Kelce, and former husband, William Steiner. She is survived by her sister, Natasha Mosher; and by several nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be in Union Cemetery of Hector. Arrangements are under the direction of Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, Montour Falls.
