Pamela Dee Palmer, age 67, of Dundee, NY passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Cayuga Medical Center. Pamela was born on January 24, 1957, the daughter of William and Thelma (Miller) Johnson.

Pamela is predeceased by her parents and grandparents; her brothers Billy Johnson and Ed Johnson; and many beloved aunts and uncles.

She is survived by a daughter whom she loved very much, Megan (TJ) Pipe, Jr., of Dundee, NY;  a son Robert (Brooke) Palmer of Buffalo, NY; five grandchildren, RJ Kelly-Pipe (age 18), Lilly Pipe (age 14), Destiney Pipe (age 14), Maximus Palmer (age 8) and Veronica Palmer (age 5); aunts Pearlena (Richard) Donahey of Clymer, PA; Osia (Tony) Yackuboskey of Clymer, PA; and Ethel (Reuben) Markel of Youngstown, OH.

Pamela was a graduate of Watkins Glen High School and went on to nursing school at Corning Community College. She worked loyally at Schuyler Hospital as a Registered Nurse for 44 years, retiring in November of 2020.

Pamela loved reading, bird watching, and quilting. She attended Hammondsport United Methodist Church. Most importantly, she loved being around her entire family. She enjoyed all of her grandchildren, delighting in attending their sporting events.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 12-2pm at Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St. Montour Falls, NY. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm.
