Patricia "Pat" J. Fell, 84, of Montour Falls, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024. She was born in Noxen, PA on January 25, 1939, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Gladys Dobson. Pat worked at International Salt in Watkins Glen for over 30 years. She enjoyed snowmobiling with her husband Bob. She also enjoyed reading her many books. Pat loved watching over all the wild birds in her backyard that would come back year after year. Pat had a beautiful soul and was always there for her family whenever they just needed someone to listen. She had a special way of always making everything better. Pat will be truly missed by everyone that came into her life. She is survived by her husband, Robert Fell; sons, Frank (Colleen) Pastore and Jeff (Rose) Pastore all of Watkins Glen; grandsons, Brad (Erica) Pastore of Saratoga Springs, NY and Daniel (Sara) Pastore of TX, Adam Pastore of Watkins Glen, Jason (Makalia) Smith of VT; and granddaughter, Erica Smith of DE. She was predeceased by her brother, John; and sisters, Anne and Virginia. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
