Richard W. Howard
Richard W. Howard, 80, of Montour Falls, NY, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026. He was born in Bath, NY on November 20, 1945, the son of the late Joseph and Phyllis Howard. Richard is survived by several friends and caregivers at The Falls Home in Montour Falls. He will be buried in Montour Cemetery in the spring.
