Richard H. Owlett, 80, of Alpine, NY died peacefully on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Arnot-Ogden Medical Center after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; three children, Susan Viditz-Ward, Kristina Smith and Paul Silver; seven grandchildren; and his Basset Hound, Winston. A memorial service will be scheduled by the family at a future date. Contributions may be made in his memory to Arnot-Ogden Medical Center, the Montour Falls Library,or your local Volunteer Fire Department or Animal Shelter.
