Richard M. Tinker, Jr., 94, of Watkins Glen, New York passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

He was born in Watkins Glen, NY on March 21, 1931 the son of the late Richard M. and Edna (Waugh) Tinker, Sr. and attended Watkins Glen Central School. He married his wife, Margaret on November 25, 1950 at Townsend United Methodist Church.

Mr. Tinker worked at Shepard Niles in Montour Falls, NY for 46 years, retiring as a Superintendent. He was a member of the Moreland Presbyterian Church. Richard enjoyed bowling, woodworking and gardening.

He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Margaret; and son, Douglas Tinker of Charlotte, NC.
