Robert E. House, age 33, of Cortland, NY, formerly of Trumansburg, passed away unexpectedly from Diabetes complications on January 9th, 2018. Robert was born January 16th, 1984 in N. Kansas City, Mo. to Charlene House Updike. Together he was raised by his loving bonus father and best bud, Lawnie E Updike. Robert attended Trumansburg Central School District. He was currently working as a clerk at the local Byrne Dairy, after several years as a stay at home daddy. He and his wife Michelle married on February 1st, 2008 and were raising five beautiful little girls, Arhionna (12), McKenna (9), McKenzie (8), McKendra (7) and McKayla (5). Robert was a huge Gamer, loved fishing and the great outdoors. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his girls and family. Robert was predeceased by his grandpa, Raymond House of Kansas City, Mo., and grandma, Pauline House of Mecklenburg, NY. He is survived by his two sisters, Krystal (nieces Isabella and Skyla) and Lexi Updike, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. Private services at the convenience of the family.
