Rosemary E. Jenkins, 63, of Montour Falls, NY, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Schuyler Hospital. She was born in Washington D.C. on November 29, 1960, the daughter of James and Elizabeth Jenkins.Rosemary is survived by her companion of 19 years, Paul Green; a daughter, Beverly Jenkins; sister, Rebecca White; and niece, Casey McClary. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
