Russell E. Kellogg, 45, of Ithaca, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2014. He was born in Chestertown, MD on October 30, 1968 and graduated from Ithaca High School. He was employed for several years at Welliver in Montour Falls. He is survived by his mother, Jane Coker of Interlaken; sister Jane (William) Oper of Syracuse; aunt, Sue Kellogg of Marathon, FL; uncles, Russell Kellogg of Port Charlotte, FL and James Kellogg of Hector; step sister, Nicole Coker; and several cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Kellogg in 1997. A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. Private burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Russell's memory to the Ithaca Rescue Mission.
