Sarah E. Carr, age 35, of Elmira, NY passed away on September 9, 2012. Sarah was predeceased by her daughter Katherine. She is survived by her husband, Robert Carr; parents, Lloyd and Cindy Nelson; grandmother, Elaine Clausen; sister, Laurel(Brian) Redd all of Minnesota; in-laws, John and Doris Carr, Prattsburg; sister-in-law, Beth (Tom) Cox, Tennessee; brother-in-law, John Carr, Prattsburg; sister-in-law, Patricia (Wayne) Weller of Watkins Glen; nephew, Thomas Cox of Connecticut; niece, Patricia Cox of Tennessee; niece Stephanie LaValley and nephew Jamison LaValley both of Watkins Glen, several aunts, uncles and cousins whom live all over the United States and her dear friend Sarah Richtmyer. Sarah was an Occupational Therapist at the Elmira Psychiatric Center in Elmira, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the New Beginnings United Methodist Church, 300 E. Miller Street, Elmira, NY on Friday, September 14, 2012 from 2-3 and 5-6 PM. Funeral service will follow at 6 PM with the Pastor Michael Weeden officiating.
