Sharon Rose Ennis, 65, of Locke, NY, passed away on December 16, 2022. She was born in Corning, New York, the daughter of Charles and Julia Eldred. She loved John 3:16 and she knew that to be absent from the body was to be present with the Lord. She was always witnessing to people and her door was always open to help. She was the hardest worker --always working on her house... She didn't just move furniture, she moved walls. She loved her family fiercely and she was loved just as much. She will be sorely missed but we never said "goodbye"; we always said "we'll see you later". She was predeceased by her son, Nathan C. R. Ennis. She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Ennis; her brother, Jonathan Eldred and her sister, Florence Eldred; her daughter, Michelle C. Smith; son, Michael J. Ennis; and three grandchildren: Dylan Lunsford, Ashley Lunsford and Chloe Phillips. A graveside memorial service for Sharon will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, County Road 10, Alpine, NY on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 2:00 pm.
