IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sheila J.
Tuttle
November 30, 1956 – August 8, 2025
Sheila J. Tuttle of Burdett, NY passed away Friday, August 8, 2025 at home, with her lifelong friend, Cindy, at her side to wish her god speed.
She was predeceased by her father, Charles Tuttle, mother Manona and her brother Charlie. She is survived by distant Aunts, Uncles and Cousins; Cindy and William Rich along with their ("her") children, Rocco (Kate, Leah), Celina (Jack) and Tesla (Jethro) Rich of Dryden.
Sheila was officially registered with Tribal rolls in the Tonawanda Band of Seneca Nation, and a member of the Oneida Indian Nation. She held pride in her heritage and loved painting, knitting and making jewelry. She especially loved collecting feathers of any kind to make dream catchers. She loved to "Party" or to give "readings" and "heatings" to anyone that needed her insights. But, her biggest love was of her Mother, Father and Brother. She attended Odessa-Montour Falls Central School and TC3 in Dryden. Sheila was employed a short time for TC3, then went on to house cleaning with her mother from then on. They were an inseparable team. She had a great sense of humor, contagious laughter and stories to turn anyone red! So proud, she was, of her adventures in life and defiance to structure.
Sheila wished to be cremated with no formal services, and would have loved prayers to be sent to anyone in need of healing and/or battling addiction.
