Stacy L. Riesbeck, age 60, of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born on June 10, 1965 in Corning, NY. Stacy will be missed dearly by her parents, Bonnie L. and Merle Baker, Jr.; brothers, Michael Baker and BJ (Laura) Baker; sister, Brenda Baker; nieces and nephews, Brittany Baker (Matt), Logan Baker (Jackie), Emily Baker, Alex Baker and Kayleigh (Ryan) Richard. Stacy was a vibrant member of the local Arc community, working within the organization's vocational workshops for many years. She was well-known for her love of Mickey & Minnie Mouse, as well as soda and fast food. Her talent for creative writing was displayed throughout her large collection of notebooks, and she thoroughly enjoyed talking to anyone that she met. Stacy was also a member of the Odessa-Catharine United Methodist Church. The family would like to thank the staff of the Arc of Chemung-Schuyler for their many years of love, care and attention that they gave to Stacy. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 11am-12pm at Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY. A funeral service will follow at 12pm. Stacy will be laid to rest at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Odessa, NY.
