Susan Elizabeth Clair Hykin, 61, of Beacon, NY, passed away on Monday at Vassar Bros. Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was born in Montour Falls on February 27, 1953, the daughter of the late Francis Monroe Clair and Beatrice Iddings Clair. She attended Odessa-Montour High School and Southern Connecticut State University. Susan worked at Life Gallery in Fairfield, CT, the Chemung County Health Department in Elmira,NY, Thomas Dominick, DPM in Stratford, CT, the Norwalk Medical Group in Norwalk, CT, the Radiology Regional Center in Naples, FL, and Appleridge in Horseheads, NY. She enjoyed traveling, good food, good music, and spending time with friends. She is survived by her niece, Carrie Fudge; sister, Carol Fudge; nephew, Mark Jackson (Merri Lee); great niece, Sierra Jackson; and cousin, George Hoffman. There will be no services.
