Teresa Adella Hradisky, 54, of Montour Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. She was born on March 11, 1967 in Sayre, PA, the daughter of the late Charles and Darlene Simpson. Teresa was an administrative assistant at Ithaca College for 28 years. She was a member of the Cayuta Free Church. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Joseph P. Hradisky, Jr.; two sons, Ian Hradisky and Alec Hradisky both of Montour Falls; a sister, Kathleen Simpson- McConville of Burlington TWP, NJ; four brothers, Brian (Wendy) Simpson of Montour Falls, Steven (Alice) Simpson of Wyoming, Earle (Dee) Simpson of Tennessee and Robert (Glenna) Simpson of Montour Falls. She was predeceased by her daughter, Courtney Hradisky in 2001. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
