Thomas C. Ross, 66, of Watkins Glen, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born in Montour Falls on August 14, 1947, the son of the late Dean "Chuck" and Ernestine Ross. Tom served with the US Army during the Vietnam War and worked at Shepherd Niles for 35 years. He loved NASCAR and the Buffalo Bills. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Kristy (Jason McBride) of Rochester; a sister, Pat Lauper of Montour Falls; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 4-6 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls. A funeral service with military honors will follow at 6:00 pm. Burial will take place in the spring.
