Osborne, Virginia Nena Webber, of Odessa, New York passed away on October 27, 2012 in the comfort of her daughter's home. She was born on March 23, 1924 in Elmira, NY to her parents Roy and Nena (Brown) Webber. She was married to her husband Frederick Osborne on January 24, 1924. They were married for 60 years until his passing in 2001 Her Sisters: June Rowland, Maureen Personius, Beverly Fuller and Kay Parrotte. Brothers: Doyle Webber, Philip Webber and Wayne Webber also predeceased her. Her sister; Alison Wandeu and brother Chester Webber survive Virginia. Children: Fred & Kathy Osborne, Barb & Pete Van Horn, Janet & Elwood Hulbert, Carol Tanner & Chet Rothberg, Dick & Donna Osborne, Nancy & Steve Crout and Jim & Karen Osborne. She also has 28 Grandchildren, 58 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Osborne was a member of the Horseheads Community Wesleyan Church, loved canoeing, crafting, Angles and Crosses and was devoted to her family. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY on Tuesday October 30, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Her funeral service will be held there on Wednesday at 10, AM. The Rev. Elwin Patrick will officiate. Interment Highland Cemetery.
