Wayne E. Facey, 48, of Rock Stream, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at home. He was born in Montour Falls, NY on August 19, 1973 the son of the late William and Hilda (Burnett) Facey, Jr. and graduated from Horseheads High School. Wayne loved playing video games and enjoyed outdoor activities. He is survived by his sons, Collin D. Facey and Brian M. Facey; sisters, Stephanie (Tom) Kline, Deborah Haight and Phyllis Facey; brothers, Ronald Facey and Jeffrey (Melissa) Facey; brother-in-law, Ransome Davis; and by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Bethanie (Facey) Davis.
