Wayne J. Simpkins, 72, of Odessa, NY, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019. He was born in Montour Falls, NY on March 3, 1947, the son of the late William and Arlene Simpkins. On May 23, 1981, in Odessa, he married his wife of 38 years, Rose Ann (Searles), who survives him. Wayne was co-owner of Cool Lea Camp in Odessa. At Wayne's request, there will be no services.
